In-Person Counseling

My office in Surf City, North Carolina provides a comfortable and confidential space for in-person sessions.

I’m happy to accommodate mask preferences or special cleaning protocols — your comfort and peace of mind come first.

Life Experience That Informs My Work

Some things in life can only be understood by living them. I’ve walked alongside military families as a Navy spouse and sister to an Air Force NCO. I’ve served as a volunteer emergency responder and professional lifeguard, and I grew up on horse farms and campgrounds — experiences that shaped my resilience, empathy, and sense of service.

Specialties & Populations Served

Military Individuals & Families

I understand the realities of military life — from changing duty stations to the uncertainty of deployments and shutdowns. I provide specialized support for service members and their families.

Family of Origin Trauma

Whether you’re processing generational trauma or navigating complex family dynamics, I help individuals and families find understanding and healing.

Adult Children of Alcoholics & Dysfunctional Families

Family substance use can echo across a lifetime, affecting relationships, self-worth, and coping patterns. I help clients unpack these experiences and rebuild healthy ways of relating.

Financial Stress & Crisis

From job loss to scams and financial manipulation, money stress can take a toll on mental health. I offer practical tools and emotional support to help you stabilize, recover, and regain control.

Children & Families

My background includes roles in the Boys & Girls Club, teen outreach programs, and intensive in-home counseling.

I work with children and parents to build stronger, more connected relationships.
