American Tobacco Trail 10 Miler
Gina Rose will be present at the race. She is always ready to talk about mental health and the connection between our lifestyle and our beliefs. This race can be 4 miles or 10 miles. It is designed to promote the rails-to-trails where old railroad systems not used as much are turned into natural environments for people to use for exercise and enjoying nature!
Running and walking have significant benefits to your general physical health, self esteem, the relationship between the mind and body, and the ability to connect with others.

Cocoa 5k Run/Walk
Celebrate Charity and Chocolate in Morehead City, NC in the first Walk/Run 5K of the year. The Carolina Chocolate Festival is the largest Chocolate Festival in Eastern North Carolina. Onslow County’s Health & Wellness Expo takes place on 10/22/25 at 10am-3pm at the Onslow County Government Center, Commissioner’s office A-C, 234 NW Corridor Blvd, Jacksonville, NC 28540
Surf City Expo
Our first event in the community will be at the Surf City Expo. There will be lots of businesses from town there selling things and showing off their talent.
We will be there ready to talk about mental health. Dont be afraid to ask questions. We love to talk about what we do and hope to learn more about what you need.
